This policy explains how Isentix handles personal information when people use our website and recruitment services. Isentix is being developed as an AI-assisted specialist IT recruitment service focused on network infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity roles.

Why we use information
We use personal information to operate accounts, provide recruitment and matching services, identify potentially relevant candidates and vacancies, communicate about the service, maintain security, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
AI-assisted matching
Isentix uses software and AI-assisted analysis to interpret vacancy requirements and candidate information and to produce relevance indicators, rankings or shortlists. These outputs are intended to support recruitment activity rather than guarantee suitability, employment or placement. Isentix's intended workflow includes human recruitment judgement and controlled access to candidate information.
Lawful basis
The appropriate UK data-protection lawful basis depends on the particular processing. Depending on the activity, this may include taking steps connected with a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a recruitment service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required. Any special-category or criminal-offence information requires an additional lawful condition before processing.
Service providers and recipients
We use technology providers to operate Isentix, including infrastructure for authentication, database services, website hosting and transactional email.
