Candidate Privacy Notice
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This notice explains how Isentix uses candidate information within its specialist technology recruitment platform.
Candidate information
This may include your name and contact details, CV and career history, technical skills, certifications and experience, location and work preferences, availability, profile information, and recruitment declarations such as right-to-work or security-clearance status.
How matching works
Isentix may analyse candidate information and vacancy requirements using software and AI-assisted matching. The system can interpret experience, compare requirements and rank potentially relevant candidates. A strong match does not mean information has been independently verified or guarantee an interview or job.
Controlled candidate access
Isentix is not an unrestricted CV database. Recruiters submit a vacancy and Isentix surfaces candidates relevant to that vacancy. Candidate information is provided within that controlled recruitment workflow rather than through unrestricted database browsing.
Sources and human involvement
Candidate information may be supplied directly by you and generated from your interactions with the service. AI-assisted scores support, rather than replace, recruitment judgement. Recruiters and hiring organisations remain responsible for employment decisions.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and raise concerns about profiling or automated processing. You can start a request through the privacy and data-rights route or by emailing [email protected].
Accuracy, retention and deletion
Please keep your profile accurate and current. Isentix retains candidate information only while there is a recruitment, security or legal reason to do so and maintains procedures for retention and deletion.
