Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This policy explains how Isentix handles personal information across its website, candidate and recruiter portals, and specialist technology recruitment services.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Isentix, we may process account and contact information, candidate profiles and CVs, technical skills and employment history, opportunity preferences, recruiter and organisation details, vacancy information, matching results, and service and security logs.
Why we use information
We use personal information to operate accounts, provide recruitment and matching services, identify potentially relevant candidates and vacancies, communicate about the service, maintain security, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
AI-assisted matching
Isentix uses software and AI-assisted analysis to interpret vacancy requirements and candidate information and produce relevance indicators, rankings or shortlists. These outputs support recruitment activity; they do not guarantee suitability, employment or placement. Human recruitment judgement and controlled access remain part of the workflow.
Lawful basis
The applicable UK data-protection lawful basis depends on the activity. It may include steps connected with a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a recruitment service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where specifically required. Special-category or criminal-offence information requires an additional lawful condition before processing.
Service providers and recipients
Isentix uses providers for authentication, database services, website hosting and transactional email. Information may also be disclosed to recruiters, hiring organisations or other recruitment participants where appropriate to the service and subject to applicable access controls.
International processing and retention
Some providers may process information outside the UK; appropriate safeguards are used where required. Isentix aims to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the recruitment relationship, security and legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, obtain certain information in a portable form, and raise concerns about automated processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Accuracy and security
Isentix takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information and expects users to provide accurate information. AI-generated or inferred matching information can be imperfect and should not be treated as independently verified fact.
