These terms apply to candidate use of the Isentix platform.

Your profile

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for keeping material profile information reasonably current.

Matching

Isentix may use AI-assisted analysis to compare your profile with vacancy requirements. A score or recommendation is an indicator only and does not guarantee recruiter contact, interview, offer or placement.

Declarations

Where Isentix asks about right-to-work or security-clearance status, you must answer accurately. The workflow records declarations rather than storing or verifying supporting documents. Employers or recruiters may conduct their own checks.

Candidate information

Your information may be surfaced to recruiters in connection with relevant vacancies under Isentix’s controlled-access model. See the Candidate Privacy Notice.

Account security and service availability

You must keep your account secure and must not permit impersonation or unlawful account use. Features and matching methods may evolve, and temporary interruptions may occur.

No employment guarantee

Isentix facilitates recruitment matching and introductions. Recruiters and hiring organisations determine employment decisions and terms.
